
ARTHRITIS (SANDHIVAT)
In Ayurveda, Vat (also spelled as Vata) is one of the three doshas or fundamental principles that govern the functioning of the body. Vata is associated with the elements of air and ether, and it controls movement, including blood circulation, breathing, blinking, and muscle movement. In Ayurvedic treatment, imbalances in Vata are believed to cause various health issues, so treatment often focuses on balancing Vata through diet, lifestyle modifications, herbal remedies, massage therapies, and other practices to promote overall health and well-being.

THE ELBOW PAIN
Elbow pain can result from various causes, including: Overuse or Strain, Repetitive motions, such as typing or playing sports, may lead to overuse injuries like tennis elbow or golfer's elbow, osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis can lead to elbow pain due to joint inflammation. And Nerve Compression, Pinched nerves, like the ulnar nerve, can cause discomfort or pain in the elbow

SHOULDER PAIN
Shoulder pain can stem from various sources, including injuries, overuse, inflammation, and degenerative conditions. Rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis), tendinitis, and arthritis are frequent culprits for shoulder pain. Symptoms:- Pain, stiffness, and reduced range of motion are typical symptoms associated with shoulder pain.

BACK PAIN
Back pain can result from various factors, including muscle strain, poor posture, herniated discs, or underlying medical conditions. Common symptoms include localized or radiating pain, stiffness, muscle spasms, and limited mobility. Factors like age, prolong sitting/standing, obesity, and desk job/ travelling job can increase the risk of developing back pain.
